As seasons change it’s a perfect time to reflect. It’s also an opportune time to hone in on specific goals. Join us as we discover what is REALLY igniting your heart’s compass. Step in and mindfully focus on yourself. This retreat is meant to be a staytreat. Overnight stays are not necessary, just a willingness to tap in to what you’re really feeling. From there, we explore how “Discovering the Heart’s Compass” ripples out into our relationships; at home, at work and in our communities.
Dive deep on a Sunday through yoga, creative journaling and then enjoy a delicious meal together. Afterward, be guided with mediations and journal prompts over the next three weeks to support three evening workshops to enhance our initial work.

Kim Isherwood, Intuitive Medium will lead us through a powerful guided meditation that will allow us to connect with our spirit guides and guardian angels. This sense of knowledge and connection with our spirit guides allows us to grow and heal in all avenues of our life.
Please bring a journal, notebook, or sketch pad to record your experience. There will be time for sharing and Q & A with Kim after the meditation.

Kim Isherwood is an Intuitive Medium, Reiki Master, Registered Nurse, Hypnotherapist, yoga, and meditation teacher and serial entrepreneur. Her entire career has been that of healer, teacher, and leader. She has worked with hundreds of clients using both science and her metaphysical skills to find the right path for each individual situation. She refers to herself as "Spiritual Sherpa" assisting her clients over any mountain they choose to climb.
When she isn't working with clients from around the globe or speaking in front of a crowd, Kim is traveling. You may find her leading a retreat in Spain or walking a trail in the mountains of Colorado, but she will always be close to nature.
