As seasons change it’s a perfect time to reflect. It’s also an opportune time to hone in on specific goals. Join us as we discover what is REALLY igniting your heart’s compass. Step in and mindfully focus on yourself. This retreat is meant to be a staytreat. Overnight stays are not necessary, just a willingness to tap in to what you’re really feeling. From there, we explore how “Discovering the Heart’s Compass” ripples out into our relationships; at home, at work and in our communities.Dive deep on Sunday, October 13 (3-6 p.m.) through yoga, creative journaling and then enjoy a delicious meal together. Afterward, be guided with mediations and journal prompts over the next three weeks to support three evening workshops (October 15, 22 & 29; 7-9 p.m.) to enhance our initial work.
